An exasperated pair have identified far more than 200 flaws with their new household dwelling, leaving them angrily demanding: ‘Were the builders drunk when they designed it?’
Rebecca Chrystal, 39, was lessened to tears when she and David Mount, 40, observed crooked partitions, uneven flooring and cracks in the ceiling inside of their Norfolk residence.
